Why do we have a GE? 

Last week you explored the goals of the university. This week is about taking a closer look at the goals of General Education, one of the many aspects of your college experience. Throughout this course, you'll see this referred to as General Education, Gen Ed, and GE.

1. Describe the integrative nature of the structural elements of the GE (1.1)
2. Demonstrate appreciation for the purpose of the GE (1.2)
